About Me
I am a project manager with nine-plus years of experience in the top level of American motorsports, the NASCAR Cup Series. My background includes manufacturing projects, change management, organizational improvements, vehicle, and engine development project planning, production and ERP database administration, financial forecasting, and reporting.
From the onset of my career, I have been very fortunate to find myself managing projects for a grueling February to November event schedule. I quickly learned that open lines of communication and timeline visibility between departments on a project could make all the difference in deliverables. This understanding took precedence in the way I lead projects and work with my teammates.
Before relocating to Charlotte, NC, in 2012, my competitive fire was stoked through many years as a young adult, maintaining my family-owned race team and competing all over California. That same fire most recently pushed me to learn from the best in the Project Management field, resulting in an MS degree in Project Management from the University of Southern California.
My goal? Lead projects successfully through a lifecycle for an employer utilizing a strict execution of proven project management methodologies.
